What size tent do I need for my event?

As a general rule: plan for 15 sq ft per seated guest (with tables) or 8 sq ft per standing guest. A 20×40 tent (800 sq ft) comfortably seats 80–100 guests in banquet seating. A 30×60 (1,800 sq ft) handles 180–225 guests. Our team will recommend the right size based on your guest count, layout needs (dance floor, buffet, stage), and venue.

Do your tents have center poles?

No. All of our tents are frame tents — completely pole-free inside. This means zero obstructions for your layout, décor, photographer, and guests. No center poles blocking the view or limiting where you can place tables. This is a major difference from pole tents that many competitors use.

We accept Zelle, Venmo, and wire transfer. Payment details are included in your contract after you approve your quote. A deposit secures your date, with the remaining balance due before your event.
