By using our website, requesting services, renting equipment, or submitting information through our forms, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our services.

Fiesta Event Party Rentals LLC provides event rental services including but not limited to:

• Tent rentals
• Tables and chairs
• Lighting and décor
• Event backdrops
• Draping
• Dance floors
• Balloon arrangements
• Additional event equipment

All services are subject to availability and confirmation by the company.

To secure an event date, a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Payment terms may include:

• Deposit to reserve equipment and event date
• Remaining balance due prior to delivery or installation
• Additional charges for delivery, installation, or extended rentals

Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.

Delivery, setup, and pickup services will be performed according to the rental agreement. Unless otherwise specified:

• Equipment must remain in the agreed setup location
• Equipment must not be moved, altered, or modified by the client
• Setup and breakdown times will be scheduled based on operational availability
• Clients must ensure clear access to the setup location

Additional fees may apply for restricted access areas, long carry distances, stairs or difficult terrain, and delays caused by site conditions.

The client assumes responsibility for all rental equipment during the rental period. The client agrees to:

• Use equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
• Protect equipment from damage, theft, or misuse
• Return equipment in the same condition as delivered

The client will be responsible for repair or replacement costs for damaged, lost, or equipment returned excessively dirty.

Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions. Fiesta Event Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for weather-related interruptions including rain, wind, extreme temperatures, or natural events. Once equipment has been delivered or installed, refunds due to weather conditions may not be available.

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the specific event contract. In general:

• Deposits may be non-refundable once the date has been reserved
• Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to additional charges
• Rescheduling may be permitted based on availability

Fiesta Event Party Rentals LLC shall not be liable for:

• Injuries caused by improper use of rental equipment
• Damages resulting from weather or environmental conditions
• Event interruptions beyond our control
• Indirect or consequential damages

Users agree not to:
