What if it rains?
All our tent packages include sidewalls for full weather protection at no extra charge. We monitor the forecast and contact you 48 hours before your event to plan for any conditions.
How far in advance do I need to book?
2–4 weeks for most events. Weddings and quinceañeras: 2–6 months recommended. But we've handled same-week requests when inventory is available — just ask.
Do you set everything up?
Our crew professionally installs tents, dance floors, draping, backdrops, and balloon arrangements. Tables, chairs, and linens are delivered the day before and picked up the day after — and we offer an optional setup service for $30 per table-and-8-chair set if you'd like our team to arrange those too.
What's included in the price?
Delivery, setup, teardown, equipment cleaning, and next-day pickup — all included. No hidden fees. Your quote is your final price.
