Wall Draping — Per 10ft

Wall Draping — Per 10ft

10ft minimum · white & ivory · 8–10ft height

Most venues have one thing in common: walls that were never designed to be looked at. Concrete block, painted cinder, exposed brick, industrial panels — none of it says 'celebration.' Our wall draping covers all of it. White and ivory fabric panels hang in soft, even pleats at 8–10 feet tall — the same standard height as our pipe-and-drape backdrops — across any wall surface, transforming the room from a functional space into an event venue in a matter of hours. It's the same technique used to turn school cafeterias, church halls, warehouses, and banquet rooms into polished reception spaces — and it works every time. Priced per 10 linear feet, with a 10-foot minimum. Our crew handles full installation and breakdown; you walk in to a finished room. The more wall you cover, the more complete the transformation — most clients cover all four walls for a fully immersive look. Works indoors on any wall surface and pairs beautifully with uplighting, which illuminates the fabric from below and adds depth and color to the panels.

Ceiling-to-Floor Draping — Custom

Ceiling-to-Floor Draping — Custom

Custom quote only · Site visit required · Ceiling rigging varies by venue

Ceiling-to-floor draping takes the same white and ivory fabric panels used in standard wall draping and runs them the full height of the room — from a ceiling-mounted rod or existing rigging structure all the way down to the floor. The result is a complete fabric enclosure that turns any room into what feels like a purpose-built event venue, with no visible walls, structure, or institutional elements of any kind. Unlike standard 8–10ft wall draping, ceiling-to-floor installation depends entirely on your venue's ceiling height, rigging points, and structural access. Every space is different — a ballroom with drop-track ceiling, a back room with exposed steel beams, a stage with fly rigging — each requires a different approach and different hardware. For this reason, ceiling-to-floor draping is a custom service. We require a site visit before providing a proposal. During the visit, we assess ceiling height, mounting options, room perimeter, and the scope of fabric needed. From there we build a custom quote specific to your venue. No guessing, no surprise add-ons on install day. If you have seen this look at a high-end event or a venue you admire and want it recreated in your space — this is how it's done.

Spider Draping — Custom

Spider Draping — Custom

Custom quote only · Site visit required · Single anchor point at ceiling center

Spider draping is the most dramatic ceiling treatment in event design. Fabric panels radiate outward from a single center anchor point — mounted to the ceiling directly above the room's focal point — and sweep down and out to the perimeter walls, creating a fabric canopy that covers the entire ceiling. From below, it looks like the inside of a tent built inside your venue: a continuous sweep of fabric from a center peak to all four walls, with no structural ceiling, no tiles, no beams, no lighting grids visible anywhere. The name comes from the radial pattern — panels extending from the center like the spokes of a spider's web. Done right, it transforms an ordinary ballroom, banquet hall, or reception space into something that looks purpose-built for the event. Spider draping is the signature ceiling treatment for high-end weddings, quinceañera receptions, corporate galas, and any event where the ceiling is a design element, not just the top of the room. Why it requires a site visit: spider draping is entirely dependent on one thing — a solid, accessible anchor point at the ceiling center. Not every venue has one. Some ceilings have structural beams we can rig to. Others have HVAC, lighting tracks, or drop-grid ceilings that require a different approach entirely. Ceiling height changes the fabric drape angle and the amount of material needed. Room shape — square, rectangular, L-shaped — changes how the panels are cut and distributed. Room size determines the number of panels and whether secondary anchor points are needed to keep the canopy taut across a large span. None of this can be assessed from a photo or a floor plan. We need to be in the room to know what's possible and to give you an accurate number. The site visit takes 30–45 minutes. We assess the ceiling structure, measure the room, confirm anchor options, and discuss your vision — fabric color, fullness, whether you want the panels to pool on the floor or terminate cleanly at the walls. From there we build the proposal. No guessing, no change orders, no surprises on install day.
