3. Booking and Payment Terms
To secure an event date, a deposit may be required at the time of booking.

Deposit to reserve equipment and event date
Remaining balance due prior to delivery or installation
Additional charges for delivery, installation, or extended rentals
Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
4. Delivery, Setup, and Pickup
Delivery, setup, and pickup services will be performed according to the rental agreement.
Unless otherwise specified in the rental contract:
Equipment must remain in the agreed setup location.
Equipment must not be moved, altered, or modified by the client.
Setup and breakdown times will be scheduled based on operational availability.
Clients must ensure clear access to the setup location.
Additional fees may apply for:
Restricted access areas
Long carry distances
Stairs or difficult terrain
Delays caused by site conditions
5. Equipment Responsibility
The client assumes responsibility for all rental equipment during the rental period.
The client agrees to:
Use equipment in a safe and appropriate manner
Protect equipment from damage, theft, or misuse
Return equipment in the same condition as delivered
The client will be responsible for repair or replacement costs for:
Damaged equipment
Lost equipment
Equipment returned excessively dirty
6. Weather Conditions
Outdoor events are subject to weather conditions.
Fiesta Event Party Rentals LLC is not responsible for weather-related interruptions including:
Rain
Wind
Extreme temperatures
Natural events
Once equipment has been delivered or installed, refunds due to weather conditions may not be available.
7. Cancellation Policy

Deposits may be non-refundable once the date has been reserved.
Cancellations made close to the event date may be subject to additional charges.
